Small Boat Level 3 Coach Workbook

This workbook is designed to assist small boat coaches as they introduce racing 
to intermediate sailors. The material progresses from the small boat beginner and intermediate instructor program and builds upon the basic teaching skills learned in the Level 1 and Level 2 courses. It is designed as a “work” book for you, the coach candidate, to interact with and customize. We hope this workbook will, with your personal additions and notes, become a valuable resource as you take your students from intermediate to advanced skills and explore the exciting, competitive part of the sport known as sailboat racing.
