Little Red Book

The 'Little Red Book' is a student record book designed to accompany sailing lessons at a beginner level on dinghies. It includes knowledge checks and skill sign-offs for certified instructors to confirm each skill as it is mastered. Progressing through the book helps ensure that students are receiving consistent, high quality instruction wherever this book is used! 

Students who have each of the 14 basic skills signed off on by an instructor are eligible to receive US Sailing's Official Logbook and a certification sticker!
